Shipping Policy

LOCAL PICKUP

785 Décor offers a local pick-up option for orders placed online.  When choosing this option, your purchased item will be held at our storefront location at 118 North Poplar in Ottawa, KS until you can pick your item up during our normal business hours. Please email us at info@785decor.com if you have any questions about this option. 

We have noticed in our system upon checking out with certain zip codes or when paying with PayPal you may not be given the option of local pickup. If this occurs, please proceed by paying for shipping and then reaching out to us at info@785decor.com so we can refund your shipping and arrange for local pickup at that time.

SHIPPED ITEMS

785 Décor will ship items within 24-48 hours of receiving your paid invoice. We anticipate you receiving your order within 3-7 days from time of actual shipment. You will receive email updates and tracking information on your purchased items once they are shipped. Please understand that once your purchase leaves our store, some variables in shipping and delivery may occur that are out of our control. Please reach out to us at info@785decor.com with any questions.  We will be happy to help you in resolving any issues that may arise.

Please make note that in the event that shipping is not able to be completed in 24-48 hours (vacations or emergencies), 785 Décor will clearly state this on our website, Facebook page, or reach out to you individually regarding these possible delays.
