Return/Refund Policy

We want you to feel like every item you purchase from 785 DECOR is a perfect match for you and your home.  We are confident that our decor pieces will meet, if not exceed, your expectations.  

At this time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We understand issues may arise, and we value your satisfaction, so please email us at info@785decor.com with any questions or concerns that may arise with your purchase, and we will consider them on a case to case basis.  

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment at info@785decor.com, if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please include a picture of the item, in the condition it was received in with your email.

In the event that the item you purchased has to be returned, we will only accept it in its original state and in the package in which it was originally shipped in.  Return shipping cost responsibility will be determined on a case by case basis, and determined after the issue with the item is discussed via email.
